For 25 years, Dr. Aaron Smith has cared for Colorado Springs the way his father taught him: one patient at a time, looking at the whole body instead of just the spine.

Chiropractic is not a career Dr. Smith stumbled into. It is the family calling. His father practiced before him. His brother practices alongside that legacy. The science, the care, and the commitment to helping people run through three generations of the Smith family.

It means a quarter century of hands-on experience layered on top of everything Dr. Smith absorbed growing up around the profession. Dr. Smith earned his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, the first chiropractic college in the world, and has been licensed and practicing in Colorado ever since.

Instead of looking at one sore spot in isolation, Dr. Smith examines how your whole body is moving and compensating, so your care addresses the cause and not just the symptom.
A Plan in Plain English
You will leave understanding what is going on and what comes next. Dr. Smith explains your care in language that actually makes sense, and answers every question along the way.
We are in-network with Medicare and accept most insurance except Medicaid and Tricare. Bring your photo ID and insurance card, and we will walk you through the rest.
